To renew a company in JAFZA, the following payments are required:

As part of the renewal, you must submit your company’s audit report, which should be prepared by a licensed and accredited auditing firm in the UAE.

For companies with land plots or sublease facilities, licenses can be renewed for up to 3 years.


JAFZA Company Amendments

Most company amendments can be processed without a personal visit, including:

  • Changing the company name
